This round runs for the duration of Mercury Retrograde: 24 days from April 21st, 2023, through May 15, 2023. Sign ups close one week in, on April 28, 2023. Don't worry if you don't get started right away - any length of time you're in will be beneficial!

You sign up by choosing on this page whether you want to participate in the challenge only or become a member,
and then you get access to the community platform where the challenge will be hosted, as well as the practice library and live yoga practices for 30 days (check your email for instructions, and make sure [email protected] is on your safe senders list so you don't miss any important updates!)

If you sign up for the challenge only: you will have access to the material, practice library, community, etc from April 19-May 18
If you sign up to participate with a membership, you will have access to all the challenge materials and MORE for the lifetime of your membership.

Then, once you're in, you can introduce yourself to other challenge participants, and ask any questions any time!

A new lesson or live practice will be uploaded every day via the community platform, and you can participate live, watch the recording, or do your own meditation practice (anything you like)--then check off each day that you did for your own accountability.

This challenge is not all or nothing! Do what you can, start where you are, use what you have--and remember that if nothing changes, nothing changes. 

The challenge will serve as a container for accountability and support, and you can fit this into your life HOWEVER - know that your meditation practice doesn't have to look like anyone else's!

The resources provided are meant to support you, not overwhelm you. Get out of that "school" mentality, and take what serves you and leave the rest.

When (not if, but when!) you run into road blocks in establishing or re-invigorating your meditation habit, the supportive community will be ready to help you come up with creative solutions you may not have thought of before!

If you're sailing along meditating every day and never experience a challenge staying on track -- then probably not.

But, even if you've been a meditator for years, and already "know how", if you ever experience "falling off the wagon" (especially after changes in routine!), or could use some creative new ideas to get out of a meditation rut, this meditation challenge might be the support you've been missing!

Additionally, each challenge day comes with a fresh theme related to diving deeper into your Vedic birth chart, so the lessons could provide some new inspiration even if you're a seasoned meditator!

The community platform will be super easily accessible, and although it has all the ease-of-use you love from a Facebook group, it is NOT on Facebook--to help you remain distraction free for the duration of the challenge!

The private, non-social-media community is accessible from a mobile app and web browser as well!

If you like, you can even have added accountability from the community to take these 24 days as a social media reset mental cleanse (Rose will be doing this as well!)--that portion is totally optional and not required to participate in the challenge.

The workbook and downloads are yours to keep forever!

You can remain in the community and access the practice library/live practices (where all resources will be housed) for a total of 30 days--so you will have access to the challenge materials, other members, etc for about 5 days post-challenge (access sunsets on May 19, 2023, unless you become a member)

Members of the YOGISCOPES Community membership will have access for the lifetime of their membership.
