36. Embody Gratitude through your Yoga Practice

Sure, you've heard of the benefits of having a gratitude practice before, maybe you even already incorporate it in your life. But has it ever felt disembodied, cheesy, just not quite right? Yoga to the rescue, as usual! In this episode, I share several ways through yoga practice to make your gratitude practice feel more embodied. Tune in to hear 5 ways to practice gratitude, the yoga philosophy/sanskrit mantra for the practice, as well as 3 journal prompts to help reflect on your past year of successes with gratitude.
