23. Is this my intuition, or a trauma response?

When you get a "gut feeling" about something, how do you know if it's truly your intuition speaking to you, rather than some pent up emotion or unresolved trauma? Both things (intuition and trauma) can show up in similar ways in the body. In this episode, I talk about some additional ways trauma responses can show up in the body and in life. I talk about many of the pitfalls that can come from mistaking trauma for intuition, and as always, practical tools to combat this. Listen to learn how to use meditation and yoga practice to strengthen those intuition muscles and quit cycling through old trauma/staying stuck!
